Erica’s Digital Studio is committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide—including your name, contact information, and session documentation—are collected solely for:

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Delivering galleries, invoices, and contracts

Follow‑up communication

Future updates or promotions (only when permitted)

Internal record‑keeping and legal compliance

Use of Client Photographs

Erica’s Digital Studio may use photographs from client sessions for:

These images help showcase our work and represent the services we provide.

 

Declining Photo Use

Clients who do not want their images used in any portfolio or promotional material must:

Verbally decline permission, and

Sign a No‑Use Contract provided by the studio.

If a client does not decline and does not sign a No‑Use Contract, permission for standard portfolio use is considered granted.

 

Revoking Permission

Clients who previously granted permission may revoke it at any time by submitting a written request. Revocation applies to future use only and cannot remove images already published.

 

Your Rights

Clients may request:

Access to their stored information

Corrections to inaccurate information

Deletion of personal information when legally allowed

Updates to their photo‑use preferences

Requests can be made directly to the studio.
